The cooling water flow, pressure, temperature, air volume, air pressure, gas pressure, etc. of water-cooled grate and water-cooled furnace wall are normal (can be confirmed by the relevant display on the touch screen). Through the touch screen operation interface, first set the heating power of the gas-fired cupola to 40%, start the blower, and press the reset button to eliminate all alarms. Switch the selection knob of one or four burners to the ON position, and then switch the combustion/ignition knob to the ON position. The burners will ignite and burn. On the touch screen interface, you can see whether the selected burners are burning. The burner controller has a short delay after opening the gas pilot valve, and then the ignition transformer can be powered on for ignition. If the flame detector does not detect flame during the delay, the burner controller will be locked. If one or four burners are locked, press the red burner reset button to reset the burner controller. If the burner controller is locked repeatedly during the ignition of the burner, it indicates that the pressure of natural gas is unstable and the gas valve of the burner is not opened; Or the wiring of ignition transformer is wrong; Or the flame detector has faults, which need to be eliminated one by one according to specific reasons.
